Inglot "What a Spice!" Collection is INTENSE.

If you are an avid user of social media like myself then you would have seen that news broke out regarding Inglot Cosmetics new autumn collection ‘What a Spice!’. This was definitely an unexpected release for both myself and Inglot Ireland as there wasn't any buildup or marketing here in Ireland.Having said that, for a collection that had little to no marketing or build up in terms of social media and press releases, the response was as big as ever. Just goes to show how having a big following and an outstanding employer brand goes a long way. It’s safe to say this is my favourite Inglot collection to date. The collection includes 10 new Matte Eyeshadows, 10 new Lipstick Matte and also 5 new Colour Play Lipliners. The shades in this collection are a true representative of those autumnal shades that we love, from browns to oranges to reds and even greys. These rich, powerful and fierce shades are inspired by the spices of the world including turmeric, chili and cinnamon. Inglot have truly spoilt us in more ways than one. They have released various shades in three of their existing product ranges; Freedom System Eye Shadow Matte, Lipstick Matte and Colour Play Eyeliner.

FREEDOM SYSTEM EYE SHADOW MATTE
Containing special silicones and treated pigments to give the intense pigmentation and silky texture that Inglots existing eyeshadows are known for while also promising to be long lasting and crease resistant. As you can tell from the title all the shades in this collection are fully matte, this is due to the eyeshadows oil free formula. I am delighted to hear that they will be sold separately and not just in their usual palette form. This allows us to pick and choose the shades that tickles our fancy without having to commit to particular shades that we might not use. Although saying that, I could definitely see myself using 8/10 of these shades if not all.

LIPSTICK MATTE
If you haven't copped it yet, Inglot are giving us all the mattes this season. And this makes me a very happy bunny. You may ask why I prefer a matte over a satin finish? Easy answer, the formula will last longer. Therefore you get more bang for your buck and you don’t spend your day reapplying your lipstick over and over again. However, there is a common error when it comes to matte finish lipsticks, we must ask ourselves when is a matte lipstick ‘too matte’. And by ‘too matte’ I mean the lipstick formula is very dry and tugs on the lips when applying, thus making any dry skin on the lips very apparent. The Inglot lipsticks however contain Vitamin E, macadamia oil and also avocado oil to prevent this, leaving the lips feeling moisturised and nourished. The formula is said to be long lasting, with the ideal matte finish which glides on the lips with ease and no tugging, leaving you with an even and opaque finish.

COLOUR PLAY LIPLINER
Now being honest I dont purchased a lot of lip liners as I haven't found one that has truly stood out to me as an everyday staple. Having said that,I haven't researched or even looked into what lip liners are the most raved about. But I have definitely heard great and only positive comments on the longevity and pigmentation of Inglots lip liners. Especially the nude shades as they work almost like a primer/base for your lipstick, no matter what the shade. Having quite full and plump lips means that I don't need much defining when it comes to prepping for my lipstick. Lip liners are used primarily for defining the shape of your lips, therefore, making the application of your lipstick easier. The Inglot lip liners come in an array of shades and the pigmentation and payoff of these lip liners is vibrant and most definitely opaque. One of my pet peeves when it comes to lip liners has to be the constant sharpening after every use, Inglot lip liners have a built- in-sharpener and a windup-retractable feature making this tedious task a thing of the past.

I hope you enjoyed this post and are as excited as I am to get my hands on most shades in the collection. Inglot are such a high quality yet affordable brand, how could we not treat ourselves even just a little bit, I mean, we deserve it right?  Definitely let me know if you are planning on purchasing any products from the collection!

SUPERFOODS? Giving into the hype?

"A non-medical term popularized in the media to refer to foods that can have health-promoting properties such as reducing one's risk of disease or improving any aspect of physical or emotional health. So-called superfoods may have an unusually high content of antioxidants, vitamins, or other nutrients." - medicinenet.com

One of the biggest new 'trends' of 2016 has got to be the fascination with everything health related and the whole topic of superfoods. Are they just a hype? Are they really as beneficial as they are broadcasted to be? These are just a few of the questions that are circulating around the internet recently. In my opinion it is not just about the foods that are seen as 'superfoods' but focusing on getting as much whole foods as I can into my daily life. The whole concept of discovering all these new whole foods and their benefits is a huge interest of mine, I enjoy opening up my mind to new discoveries and really broadening my knowledge on nutrition. I have mentioned just a few of the 'superfoods' which I incorporate into my everyday life.

"Your health is your wealth"

Fruit
Fruit are an everyday staple for me. The no 1 thing I do every day is to make sure I get enough fruit as It is perfect as a snack between meals or if you are craving something sugary to really kick those cravings to the curb. They are perfect topping on porridge, yogurt granola bowls, smoothie bowls and of course they are a necessity for my favourite superfood smoothies. I also like to have some fruit with my lunches as I like to have variety with my meals and include all food groups such as protein, carbohydrates and fats.

Berries are a great superfood. They contain great amounts of fibre. Fibre is a problem with most people in today’s society as they don’t get enough of it, it is vital for a healthy and happy digestive system. My favourite berries that I use throughout the week in a variety of ways include;
    •  Raspberries have 8 grams of fibre per cup used and also contain ellagic acid which is an acid with anti-cancerous properties.
    •  Blueberries are amazing as they have several health benefits, they are a great source of antioxidants and are also great at protecting you from premature aging. They also have inflammatory properties which help with intestinal conditions. Blueberries are also much known for helping people keep their memory sharp as they age.
Apples are a great source of soluble fibre. Apples are a great for lowering blood cholesterol and glucose levels. They of course contain vitamin C which is well needed in these cold winter months especially as well as throughout the whole year. Vitamin also helps form the connective tissue collagen, keeps your capillaries and other blood cells healthy and also aids in the absorption of iron. Apples are a great on the go snack and are so easy to pop into your bag for a time where you feel peckish and you don’t want yourself grabbing a chocolate bar or a packet of crisps.
Bananas are great for thickening up smoothies and are the perfect accompaniment as toppings on your breakfasts. Loaded with potassium they are an amazing super fruit. Potassium can lower your blood pressure and is one of the highest fruits which contain Resistant Starch, a healthy carbohydrate that fills you up and keeps you fuller for longer. It also boosts your metabolism.

Green Vegetables
Consuming a variety and high amounts of green vegetables is one of the best things you could do to change up your lifestyle and it has the most amazing benefits for your body. Green vegetables are well known for their high fibre content and they are loaded with cancer-fighting antioxidants including beta-carotene, Vitamin C and Sulforaphane. They also provide folate which lowers your risk of heart disease and cancer by slowing down wear and tear on your DNA. Vegetables are a staple of my dinners every day. It is key for me to have well balanced meals throughout the day, having a variety of vegetables really does make you enjoy it more and using spices is the most perfect way to really create that love for vegetables and helps with including them in more and more meals.

Broccoli was definitely one of those vegetables that I hated as a child but I found as I started to change up what I ate and started to eat a lot more whole foods that my taste buds just almost expanded and I enjoy a lot more food which I disliked a lot previous. Broccoli is a great source of fibre. This also results in lowering cholesterol levels. It also has a great impact on your body’s detoxification system, it activates and eliminates the unwanted nasties in your body. It contains high levels of Vitamin A(beta-carotene) and Vitamin K. I love having boiled and roasted broccoli with my dinner as it can be paired with any dish.

Spinach is great for bulking up your salads and including in many dishes from omelettes, curry’s, tomato based sauces such as Bolognese, soups, quiches etc. I also love adding spinach to my superfood smoothies as it is an easy way to get in those greens. Spinach is widely available all year round so it is a vital vegetable to be included in the weekly shopping list. We all know of Popeye’s great love for spinach and how it made him super strong but that is not the only benefit of spinach.
It is also well known for restoring energy levels and improving the quality of blood in the body. The main reason for this is that it is a great source of Iron, Irons main role is the function of the red blood cells and transporting oxygen throughout the body. Spinach has high levels of Vitamin K, A C and also folic acid.

Sweet Potato
I only stated incorporating sweet potato into my lifestyle over the past 2/3 months as I never really reached for it when out shopping and when I did I never really knew what to do with it as from previous experience I could never get that ‘Crispy’ outside. But I found the technique after some trial and error and I am now addicted. Sweet potatoes are an amazing source of Vitamin A(beta-carotene), 1 medium sized potato provides you with over 4 times the recommended daily allowance of Vitamin A. Vitamin C which of course helps fight off flu’s and colds and Vitamin B6 which helps with reducing the risk of heart problems. They are also a great source of Vitamin D which we Irish people don’t get a lot of from the sun as it is non-existent a lot of the time. Vitamin D plays a vital role in restoring energy levels and helps with our healthy bones and teeth.
Nuts
Nuts are a great source of unsaturated fat. They are high in omega-3 fatty acids which are great for maintaining a healthy heart and improving your mood. Nuts are also packed full of protein which of course is vital for healthy bones and muscle repair. They are also a fantastic source of fibre which leads to a healthy digestive system. Nuts are perfect as breakfast toppings and are also great as an on the go snack which you can just pack in your handbag for any times when you’re feeling peckish or in need or a ‘pick me up’. My favourite nuts which I am constantly restocking are almonds which are rich in calcium and high in Vitamin E which is great for healthy and clear skin. Walnuts are known as the superior nut as they are full of antioxidants and contain a high amount of anti-cancerous properties. They also contain a lot of mono-unsaturated fats which are known as ‘heart-friendly’ fats which lower the risk of bad cholesterol. Lastly but by no means least are Hazelnuts, a great source of folate and amino acids which are a great contributor to a healthy heart. DO NOT be afraid of nuts as they are HEALTHY fats which are vital for the overall functioning of the body and for healthy hair and skin. They are not the same fats you find in chocolate bars and crisps.

Chia Seeds
You might not think it but chia seeds are something which everyone should be adding to their meals. Chia seeds absorb up to ten times their weight in any liquid. This liquid may be water or milk or a milk substitute. In just 2/3 teaspoons they contain over 10g of fibre and a whopping 5g of protein. Per gram of chia seeds contains 6 times more calcium than that in milk, an outstanding 8 times more Omega-3 than salmon and a mind blowing 15 times more magnesium than broccoli. They are the perfect addition to any meal no matter if it’s for breakfast, lunch or even dinner. As a breakfast, it is a great addition to porridge, smoothies and also the creation of chia pudding in which you simple just add 200ml of milk/milk substitute to 2 tbsp of chia seeds. For my lunches and dinner, I simple just add them to stir-fry’s or any sauces I make or simple just sprinkle some on top of your dishes. Do not underestimate the power of the chia seed.
Oats
I am a true lover of oats. My favourite breakfast of all time has to be porridge as it fills me up for a long period of time and it is also a well-balanced meal. I love experimenting with flavours and toppings and this also adds to the nutritional content of my oats as I am always adding nuts which provide me with some healthy fats and I love topping all my breakfast meals with chia seeds which add to the protein content. Fruits are a must for me with most breakfast as I always seem to crave fruit in the morning. Oats contain a particular type of fibre known as beta-glucan. This fibre is great for lowering cholesterol levels. Oats contain a more soluble fibre than other grains such as pasta and rice which in turn will lead to a slower digestion and as a result keeps you feeling fuller and more satisfied for longer. Believe it or not oats are a great source of protein. This type of protein is called ‘avenalin’ which can be found in many vegetables. Oats are very high in Vitamins and Minerals. Just a few to mention are Manganese (development and growth), Phosphorus (bone health), Vitamin B1/Thiamine, Iron (transportation of oxygen in the blood) and also Zinc (overall health).
Greek Yogurt
I usually have Greek yogurt every second day if not daily, it is great for breakfast and also to eat as a snack with some delicious toppings. Of course it is well known as a great source of calcium. Calcium is a must for healthy bones and teeth.  It is also a great source of potassium, zinc and Vitamins B6 and B12. What I love most about Greek Yogurt is its excellent source of protein, it contains twice the amount of protein than regular yogurts. This makes it perfect for anyone who finds it hard to get some protein into their daily intake and also for people who work out and are looking for a great post workout meal, adding Greek yogurt to that meal would provide you with a great source of protein which is essential especially after a workout to build back up your muscle tissue and repairing any fibre damage caused while working out. Greek yogurt nutritional values can vary from brand to brand but they usually are all within the same nutritional values. The Greek yogurt which I purchase is Libertè or Glenisk. The difference between Greek yogurt and regular yogurts is of course the texture, Greek yogurt is a thicker and creamier consistency and it also contains probiotic benefits, which in turn is great for the digestive system and is lower in lactose than any other regular yogurts.
Spices
Spices are a necessity for me as I put them on everything from my chicken, fish, meat and most importantly my vegetables. The perfect way to add some flavour to vegetables is with spices. I like to add a variety of spices to all my meals as they contain massive amounts of minerals and they also make the introduction of more vegetables into your meals easy.
Chili: Vitamin C, fighting infection, help reduce muscle pain and aids digestion.
Paprika: Vitamin A and E, great source of Iron, carotenoids which can delay the deterioration of your eyesight.
Cinnamon: Aids Digestion, balances blood sugar levels, an amazing antioxidant.
Mixed Herbs: Anti-Inflammatory, improves bone density, antibacterial properties, reduces blood pressure.
Rosemary: Boots memory, relieves stress, helps with concentration levels, antioxidant.
Thyme: Antibacterial, antimicrobial, reduce blood pressure.
Turmeric: Anti-Inflammatory, antioxidant, relief from Arthritis and Cystic Fibrosis, improved liver function.

I hope ye enjoyed this different yet exciting blogpost, I am thrilled to finally start this new direction in the blog.

BUDGET BUY: A New Catrice Concealer On The Block..

Hello Lovelies,
I would like to introduce you to the 'Catrice Liquid Camouflage High Coverage Concealer', I have been testing out this concealer for a few weeks now since I finished my 'Mac Pro Long Wear Concealer'. Siobhan from 'Letz Makeup' is always raving about how good the Catrice brand of makeup is and how amazing this concealer is. I am definitely the type of girl who loves just grabbing a concealer to cover a few imperfections instead of going full throttle every time I want to put on a bit of makeup. I hate having an unnecessary load of makeup on my face when I won't be doing anything special.

I love wearing concealer to cover any redness especially around my nose and chin and to cover any blueness or discolouration under my eyes. Because of the fact that I am then relying on the concealer and not on a foundation, the staying power and longevity of the concealer is definitely a key factor. This concealer has blown my mind, the staying power and quality of this concealer is not one to miss. When using this concealer as a 'foundation' I just put some around my nose, around my T-Zone area and around my chin/mouth area. This concealer leaves a bit of a satin finish instead of a complete matte so I always like to set it with a powder to ensure that it won't move around throughout the day.

The coverage on the concealer is amazing and definitely one to test against the higher end brands such as the 'Mac Pro Long Wear Concealer' and the 'Urban Decay Naked Skin Weightless Complete Coverage Concealer'. It's not as high coverage as the Mac but it is definitely a contender, the Mac formulation is also a bit drier and doesn't glide as easily as the Catrice does. My all-time favourite concealer will always be the Mac Pro Long Wear but taking into account the similarity and the price difference, this Catrice concealer is a very close runner up.

When using this concealer for a more dramatic look, it is just outstanding for highlighting under the eye to give that brightening effect, and what's the best about this concealer? IT DOES NOT CREASE. The bane of my life in relation to concealers is that they always seem to crease and seep into those little creases under the eyes.I love when concealers have a multi-purpose characteristic to them instead of just being for one use/job. The shade I use is just a bit lighter than my natural skin shade but it would be 2/3 shades lighter than my foundation I use on the regular as I like to tan quite often. The formulation is so smooth and glides very easily, the blending ability is very impressive and it works perfectly with all types of brushes, from the 'Real Techniques Contour Brush', 'Blank Canvas Cosmetics F22' and my 'Real Techniques Miracle Complexion Sponge'.

The only downside to this concealer is definitely the shade range which is available, in my local Penneys/Primark there is only two shades. Which I don't mind as they are suitable for my skin tone  but for girls with a deeper complexion it would be very irritating. For just €3.99 there is zero reason why you shouldn't have this in your makeup bag. Maybe even more than one, I will definitely be stocking up on these ASAP.

I hope you enjoyed this little review,
Love Chelsea x

Mac Retro Matte Liquid Lipstick, Yes Please!

Hello Beauties,
Mac has been working on this launch for quite a while now. I have been waiting for Mac to launch a matte liquid lipstick range for the longest time now so when I found out that they have been working on this collection to launch I was way too excited. I’m sure I jumped around my room for way too long because of this announcement. They have still not released much information about the range so I am still in the dark about the date of their launch. All they have told us with regards to when it will be launching is that it is set to release this winter.

But of course I had to do my research and stalk the blogs and Instagram accounts to try and find out more information about the collection. The textures of these lipsticks are described as a rich suede matte finish that is totally blowing up in the world of lipstick finishes. It is a weightless liquid lipstick and its Colour-Flex Technology allows these liquid lipsticks to stay on for over 8 hours. Now that is some serious staying power in terms of liquid lipsticks. I am definitely one of those girls that put off wearing dark colours more often due to being worried about it transferring onto my teeth or wearing off unevenly when I am talking or eating. It also states to be non-feathering; this means that it is not meant to move away from the lip line or seep into those little lines around the perimeters of your lips.

There are colours to be released. The collection includes an array of shades from the really pale pinks to those dark winter shades. I am very intrigued about the darker shades as it is coming into the winter months.

Colours Include;
Divine-Divine (Light Pink Shade)
Personal Statement (Barbie Pink Shade)
To Matte With Love (Coral Pink Shade)
Tailored To Tease (Medium Barbie Pink Shade)
Re-Collection (Lavender Shade)
Oh,Lady ( Purple Pink Shade)
High Drama (Plum Shade)
Dance With Me (Dark Red Shade)
Feels So Grand (Red Shade)
Fashion Legacy (Orangey Red Shade)
Quite The Standout (Pale Coral Orange Shade)
Rich & Restless (Coral Peach Shade)
Mademois-Elle (Pale Pink Milkshake Shade)
Back In Vogue (Light Baby Pink)
Lady-Be-Good (Light Baby Pink)

I Hope ye are just as excited as I am for this well anticipated launch, I am a matte lover so this is music to my ears. Hope ye enjoyed this post!

Does Your Skin Need Saving? My 3 Skin Saviours!

Hello Lovelies,
It’s officially the end of my first week back to college and I am so ecstatic to be back, I know that might seem crazy to some people but to me I absolutely love my course and I just love the atmosphere and routine of college life. With starting the New Year I am trying to make more of an effort with my 'Fashion Style' and 'Makeup' for college. I get serious fashion inspiration from some of the other girls in college as they all look amazing and their styles are so different and I love getting my inspiration from other girls like myself instead of always looking at the ‘photoshopped’ versions in the magazines. Usually I don’t wear makeup every day, normally I barely even wear makeup so I have been really relying on my skincare recently to keep my skin looking the best it can.

These are 3 of my current skin saviours which I have been absolutely loving and obsessed with:

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water
Now who hasn’t heard of this absolute gem of a skincare product? I have always been into taking the first layer of my makeup off before actually cleansing my skin. Previous to using a Micellar Water I will have to admit I was a user of the horrid ‘make-up remover wipes’.  You just cannot deny the ease that is linked with being able to just swipe the wipes over your face. But then some genius came to create the marvellous ‘Micellar Water’. Some of this on cotton pads and you have no worries about damaging your skin like you would if you were using make-up remover wipes. This stuff is seriously amazing at taking of that first layer of makeup before going in with your cleanser. How does this work you might ask? It works like a magnet; the micelles capture and lift away any dirt from the skin. This of course includes any make-up present on the skin. This as a result means that there is no need to rub and scrub at the skin in order to take off that top layer of dirt and makeup before cleansing.

Garnier Micellar Cleansing Water 400ml €6.79 // Here

St.Ives Invigorating Apricot Facial Scrub
Now what can I not say about this scrub? I have been using this on and off for about 3 years but I have been using it on a constant basis for about 5/6 months now. I found myself getting a few breakouts around my pores in my T-Zone and I tried everything to try and stop the breakouts occurring. I knew that I needed a scrub in order to really get down into my pores and to get rid of any dirt and dead skin cells that were building up and blocking my pores. For anyone who also finds that their pores are being blocked this is definitely worth a try! This is such an amazing scrub for such an affordable price. I don’t find this scrub too harsh for my skin and It doesn’t irritate my skin atall.

St.Ives Invigorating Apricot Facial Scrub 150ml €5.79 // Here

Nip & Fab Glycolic Fix Scrub
I picked up this product at the end of last year. I definitely saw a difference in my skin just a week after I started to use it. I have to admit that I didn’t use it on a constant basis as I always seemed to just use my usual cleanser and I am definitely someone who gets lazy when it comes to their skincare. But I found out how incredible this product is when I started bringing it to the gym with me. I used this straight after the gym when washing my face; I saw an incredible difference in my skin especially in my T-Zone where my problem areas are. I hate that feeling after the gym when you can feel the sweat and dirt just sitting on the surface of your skin/pores and this scrub is amazing at getting rid of any sweat and build up on the skin. This scrub is a 3 in 1 exfoliant; the Flycolic and Salicylic Acid refines, brightens and also renews the skin. 3% Glycolic Acid to exfoliate and retexture the skin and finally Salicylic Acid also deeply cleanses the pores.

Nip & Fab Glycolic Fix Scrub 75ml €13.49 // Here

Nip & Fab Glycolic Fix Scrub 75ml €10.00 // Here

All These products are available from Boots Ireland. I Hope You Enjoyed This Blogpost.

Back to College Fashion Must Haves

Hello Lovelies, It’s that time of year when we all get excited for not really getting back to college unless you’re like me and love college. But it’s that time where we all love to get all our new things whether it being beauty related, fashion related or my favourite..STATIONARY.  For this blogpost I thought it would be perfect to share with ye what fashion basics I will have in my wardrobe which are perfect for college and everyday life. The items which I feel are a staple in my wardrobe.

I am definitely a person who loves to have the basics and just style them differently. I am definitely an outfit repeater so when I find something which I feel looks amazing and feels comfortable then I wear it and wear it and wear it again. Penneys/Primark is definitely the shop where I buy the majority of my clothes, especially the basics. They are so affordable which is perfect for us students. There are also a few surprises thrown in there aswell(just to spice things up).

1.Check Shirt - No matter what the season I always love my check shirts. They are so easy to style with jeans and a plain t-shirt.  They are also very versatile; you have so many options with regards to how to wear them. You can wear them normally over a plain t-shirt, around your waist and even under a jumper with the collars out. Penneys/Primark is definitely killing it with their check shirts this season as they have them in a variety of colours and styles. // Here

2.Stripped T-Shirts - I have been obsessed with stripes lately. I feel as though they are so stylish and affordable. They are perfect with a pair of jeans to get that perfect casual look. I cannot deny that it always makes me feel like I am a Parisian lady when I wear anything with strips. They are also available in Primark/Penneys at just €5.//Here

3.Blue Denim Skirt - I got this skirt a few weeks back and I am so inlove. They are great for every season as they can be worn with and without tights. And they can be styled with any top, whether you want to wear a baggy jumper, a plain t-shirt or even dress it up with a simple blouse. I got mine from Primark/Penneys but I cant see it on the website so I gave a similar one from topshop. //Here

4.Blue & Black Jeans - The absolute staple in everyone’s wardrobe is of course a pair of jeans. I live in jeans and I always reach for a blue or black pair depending on which pair is washed. Jeans are so easy to style and are so versatile as they can be worn casually or dressed up.
//Here
//Here

5.Tights - I absolutely love wearing skirts in autumn with tights and boots. Tights are a staple for me when it goes into the colder months as you can still get away with wearing your favourite skirts and shorts without the worry of having bare cold legs.  //Here

6.Camel Coat - Now this is the item which is on my autumn wishlist as I came across this coat in New Look last week and it was love at first sight. Such great value for such amazing quality, I can already tell that this season for me is going to be all about Coats and Jackets and this is definitely a piece which must be added to my wardrobe.
//Here
 //Here

7.Plain Tee’s - I have so many of these in black, white and even grey. They are so easy to style with either skirts or jeans and also high-waisted shorts. They are so easy to just throw on with a cute necklace and you are ready to go. //Here

8.Turtle/Roll Neck - These are a new addition to my wardrobe as I always thought they would never suit me and they wouldn’t suit my face shape. But since I found them on sale in new-look during the summer I am always adding to my collection in a variety of colours from black to grey and even a nude/beige which I absolutely adore and wear all the time. They will be a life savour in these colder months as they will not only keep my neck warm but they also look very stylish with a leather jacket and a pair of jeans.  //Here

9.Black Boots - Boots are a necessity in the colder months no matter what style, especially when we are coming into these colder months and our footsies will be freezing. I love a pair of black boots as they are so versatile and go with any outfit. Whether you are going to be wearing jeans or even a black skirt with tights, they just look good with everything. These Chelsea boots are available everywhere but I get mine from ShoeZone for a bargain price of €16.99 //Here

10.Bomber Jacket - How obsessed am I with jackets and coats this season? I put all the blame on Sarah Ashcroft. She is an absolute babe, she is a fashion/beauty blogger and posts amazing outfits which make me want to just buy everything she is wearing. I adore the khaki green coloured bombers that are available from misguided and I am totally putting an order in as soon as I go back to college. //Here

11.Scarfs - I absolutely love these scarfs. They are so cosy and easy to just throw on instead of the regular scarfs where you have to wrap it around more than once and I always struggle to get it looking perfect. I always find that the regular scarfs are never thick enough to keep my neck warm whereas these are the perfect thickness without looking bulky. // Here

12.Leather Jacket - I was never one for the leather jacket look until I got this one from Zara. This Leather Jacket is just amazing and I literally wear it any time I leave my house. It makes an effortless casual outfit seem like you actually put in a lot of effort. They can be worn casually during the day but they are also great for dressing up an outfit for that day to night easy look. // Here

Mac 'The Matte Lip' Collection Has Me Drooling

For any girls out there like myself that always go for a matte lip and are known for walking straight towards the matte lipstick range then you will be overjoyed to hear that Mac have launched more shades into their ‘Matte Lip Collection’ which includes some already existing lipstick shades but they have also gifted us with new shades which will be added to the permanent collection.

There are two finishes included in this Collection. The general ‘Matte’ range and also the ‘Retro Matte’ .The ‘Retro Matte' is a drier and thinner formula and it also tends to last even longer than the usual Matte finishes. The new shades in my opinion are to die for and they are right up my alley. I love Mac lipsticks as the staying power is outstanding and they are of amazing quality. Since I always go for the matte finish, this collection is a total must for me personally.

This Collection has launched in Mac/Brown Thomas stores nationwide for a retail price of €20.

The Perfect Pout!

Hello Lovelies,
When doing my makeup on a typical day I usually tend to use just a lip balm or gloss because I am normally in a rush due to being a typical girl I tend to get carried away when listening to music and I end up taking forever. But recently I have been really into doing my mauvey/nude lip, whenever I do this lip I always end up loving it and I always tend to go for this combo.
I cannot deny that this lip look is inspired by the amazing Kylie Jenner. Her lip colour is always on point and it gives me seriousl lip inspiration whenever I see her snapchats and her pictures on Instagram. We all know by now that she is known for that bold mauvey lip .

The higher ended Lipliner I use is from Mac of course and it is in the shade ‘Whirl’.This Lipliner is very well hyped in the beauty community. When I was actually buying this Lipliner it was recommend by the makeup artist as being one of the Lipliners that Kylie uses. It is definitely more brown toned instead of pink and it is just perfect in my opinion for really giving shape to your lips. I love this shade as it gives more dimension to the lips instead of being just a one coloured nude all over. This Lipliner lasts ages and it is so easy to use. It glides onto the lips very smoothly but it isn’t too creamy to the point where it just spreads all over the lips.

The lipstick I have absolutely obsessing over is the Penneys/Primark lipstick in a nude shade. This lipstick doesn't have a name unfortunately but it is the only nude that is available in the range I believe. Can we just take a minute to appreciate the gold packaging? The packaging is just so luxurious and the quality is very sturdy. I would seriously buy the whole range that they have available just because of the packaging. I am insanely impressed with the emphasis to detail they have put into their packaging. For example, the way you can see the shade of the lipstick at the bottom of the lipstick packaging. The lipstick has a matte finish and the longevity of this lipstick is definitely good for such an affordable price. Can you believe this lipstick only costs €2? Definitely a must have!

I would definitely recommend you guys to go check out these two lip products as they are a major must have for me! Hope you guys enjoyed this blogpost.
